End User License Agreement

Before proceeding to use Digitarket LLC Services, please take the time to carefully read this Agreement. By clicking the “I Agree” button, you signify your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not click the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the App or browse the https://digitarket.com website.

Licence for use

Digitarket LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, installation and use of the Application exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes, in strict compliance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Restrictions

It is expressly prohibited the licensing, sale , sale, rental, lease, assignment, distribution, transmission, broadcasting, hosting, outsourcing, disclosure or other commercial exploitation of the Application or access to it to any third party.

Modifications to the application

Digitarket LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service associated with it. Such actions may be taken with or without with or without prior notice and without liability to you.

Terms and conditions and complaint

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Digitarket LLC. Digitarket LLC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. You may also choose to terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App and deleting all copies from your mobile device or computer. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device or computer.

Separability

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified and interpreted to the fullest extent possible in accordance with applicable law to effectuate the objectives of such provision. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

Digitarket LLC reserves the exclusive right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. In the event of material revisions, we will provide notice at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the new terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
