Publicly available information from government records.
Unidentified or aggregated consumer information.
Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA, such as certain health or medical information and other categories of information protected by different laws.

Use of personal information

Exercising rights of access, portability and deletion of data

Only you, or a person registered with the California Department of State whom you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request regarding your personal information. You may also submit a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You can only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information or an authorised representative .
Describe your request in sufficient detail that allows us to understand it properly, evaluate it and respond to it .

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or your authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Submitting a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use the personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the identity or authorization of the requestor to submit the request.

Response time and format

We are trying to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt . If we need more time, we will inform you in writing of the reason and the extension period. We will deliver our written reply to you by post or electronically, at your choice. Any notifications we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the consumer ‘s verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons for why we cannot comply with a request, as the case may be. For data portability requests, we will select a format for the provision of personal data information that is easy to use and will should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee for processing or response to your consumer’s verifiable request, unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we consider that the request justifies a fee, we will inform you of the reasons for why we have taken this decision and we will provide you with an estimate of the cost before completing your request.

Sales of personal information

We will not sell your personal information to any party. If in the future we anticipate selling your personal information to any party, we will provide you with the opt-out and choice rights required by the CCPA.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercise any of your rights in the CCPA. Except as permitted by the CCPA, you will not:

We charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including by granting discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
We provide a different level or quality of goods or services.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) allows users of our Website who are California residents to request certain information about the disclosure of personal information by us to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
